If you have make the shortlist you will receive an email inviting you to partake in a challenge, if you are up for one.

Why? We believe the proof of the pudding is in the tasting, so we’ve set out a challenge to see what you’re made of before we do any interviewing. Have a read of this doc we send you, as it contains everything you need to know to get to the next stage. Complete it well and you will make the cut, fail or don’t even attempt it (epic fail!) and you just fade away.
